No matter what the commodity is, there will be such problems in the process of processing. The hair will turn yellow and fluctuate, more or less. However, for some perfect technical and experienced manufacturers, most of the problems can be eliminated, but some ordinary small hair is not easy to prevent. So, in the spring processing and production, always easy to appear all kinds of small problems, then how to deal with it?

1. If there is no protective gas in air furnace or deoxidization in salt bath is not complete, carburization will be caused. The solution of spring spring manufacturer is: heating treatment of gas furnace should be based on the maintenance of steam or organic chemical water solution maintenance: salt bath deamination, residue content less than 0.2%; improve raw material process performance inspection.

2. If the hardness is not enough after quenching, the service life of the spring will be decreased and the residual deformation will occur. Solution: adopt the cooling capacity of high quenching material with excellent cutting performance, the temperature of quenching material should be above 3, appropriately increase the quenching temperature, and strengthen quenching after quenching to carry out metallographic inspection.

3. When the temperature of the spring equipment is overheated, the grain coarseness and brittleness increase. Solution: heating and quenching according to the correct temperature of process test; appropriately reducing the hot forming temperature or strengthening the calibration of instruments to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.

4. Most of the reasons for cracking are due to high heat temperature or cooling capacity of quenching medium, surface decarburization and delayed tempering. Water solution: austempering or austenite step quenching; cooling to 250-300 ℃ in quenchant; tempering immediately after quenching.
