Trimming part
It is mainly composed of trimming device and electronic control device.

Traction part
1. Automatic detection of finished steel strip width, when the error exceeds the tolerance through the PLC controller automatically sound and light warning.
2. Traction adopts the form of S-roll, driven by servo motor, stable and reliable traction steel belt, and through the PLC controller to coordinate the feeding part, receiving part of the motor corresponding speed, adjust the steel belt trimming speed.
Receiving part
2. The material plate is driven by servo motor, and the material is collected on the flat plate. 3. Buffer mechanism automatically coordinates the receiving speed.
