Quenching furnace

A steel strip quenching furnace is a device for induction heating of steel strips, usually used for annealing and tempering treatment of steel strips. The steel belt quenching furnace adopts German Siemens IGBT components and unique inverter technology, which can adjust the heating time, heating temperature, heating power and cooling time, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, uniform heating, no deformation of the workpiece after processing, and consistent hardness. The service conditions and self-provided parts of the steel belt quenching furnace include: access to 380V three-phase four-wire power supply, transformer matching selection according to the power of the workpiece steel belt annealing furnace, cooling system, workshop heating or adding antifreeze to the cooling system of the steel belt quenching furnace when the indoor temperature of the production site is lower than 5 degrees Celsius in winter.
